Offensive Football Plays and Playbooks for Youth Football
Our coaching staff has spent the last 20+ years coaching youth football, and during that time have used a number of different offensive playbooks. We have made those playbooks available to you.
Choosing the right offensive playbook can be a daunting task even if you have some knowledge of the game or coaching experience.
There are several factors to take into consideration:
- Age and Skill Level of players
- Size and Speed of offensive players
- Number of potential skill players (RBs,WRs,TEs,QBs)
- Your own offensive philosophy (running attack,passing,balanced, etc.)
- Strengths and Weaknesses of the opposing defenses.
Having the knowledge, experience and time to really look at all those factors can really overwhelm most youth football coaches who are mostly volunteers and work a normal full-time job outside of coaching.

This playbook was designed as a basic starting point for any youth football team. The plays in this playbook are simple, but effective for ages 8+.
