Refund Policy

Football-Plays.Com does offer a very fair refund policy in regards to any of the playbooks available for purchase on http://www.football-plays.com.

The refund policy for each type of playbook is listed below, please choose the section which refers to the type of playbook you wish to purchase or have already purchased.

 

DOWNLOADABLE PLAYBOOKS

Football-Plays.Com will only issue a refund on a DOWNLOADABLE playbook for the following valid reasons:

  1. Credit Card Fraud, your card is reported stolen or missing, we will follow all legal statues and issue your card a refund if this is the case.

  2. Incorrect Product Ordered, if the product you ordered is not the one you intended to order please contact us and we will work to correct the matter with you, if you contact us within 24 hours of the receiving the order.

  3. Special Reasons, if any other reason for a refund not listed arises we will handle those claims on a case to case basis and try to resolve the matter fairly for both parties involved.

CD-ROM-BASED PLAYBOOKS

Football-Plays.Com will only issue a refund on a DISK-BASED playbook for the following valid reasons:

 

  1. Credit Card Fraud, your card is reported stolen or missing, we will follow all legal statues and issue your card a refund if this is the case.

  2. Incorrect Product Ordered, if the product you ordered is not the one you intended to order please contact us and we will work to correct the matter with you, if you contact us within 24 hours of the receiving the order.

  3. Product Damaged, if the product is damaged upon receipt, please contact us, we will arraign to have the product returned and to ship a new product to you at no additional cost, we understand that goods are damaged in shipping at times, and will replace damaged goods in a fair manner.

  4. Special Reasons, if any other reason for a refund not listed arises we will handle those claims on a case to case basis and try to resolve the matter fairly for both parties involved.

PRINTED PLAYBOOKS
