"Winning Youth Football's Step by Step Plan" and the associated books, and DVDs were written and produced by Dave Cisar. Dave is the founder and President of the all volunteer, Screaming Eagles Youth Football Organization. It was started in 1998 as a free program for at-risk youth in inner-city Omaha, Nebraska.

Dave's record of accomplishment in the youth football field is amazing including a 97-13 Fall record since putting this system in place in 2002. He has coached 18 different teams over the last 2 decades.
