If you are having problems downloading, please take the steps below and we assure you that you will HAVE no further problems.
Step One (Log in to your account)

Go to the login page

Enter your "Email Address" and "Password"

Login to Account
Step Two (Download Your Playbook)

Find the Section "My Downloads", its on your main account page.

Choose the playbook you want to download

Then, "right click" on the
icon. -
Choose "Save Target As" or "Save Link As"
Step Three (Save Playbook on your Hard Drive)

A new window will appear
-
Choose a location on YOUR computer to save the playbook file to.

Save The the playbook File
Step Four (Download Adobe Acrobat Reader)
